Due to the rapid development of urbanization, cities urgently need to increase the floor area ratio, coupled with the continuous improvement of building materials, super high-rise buildings came into being. The horizontal earthquake action is the main cause of damage to high-rise buildings.Under the action of an earthquake, the structure will enter the elastoplastic phase, resulting in plastic displacement, resulting in the destruction of the structure. Therefore, the performance-based seismic design of high-rise buildings has important engineering application value and theoretical significance. This paper will take the high-rise shear wall structure with a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees(0.20g)as an example, and use the finite element software Midas Gen as the main component to carry out the performance-based seismic design and analysis of the structure to verify the reasonable structure Sex.The comparative analysis of Pushover analysis and dynamic time history analysis of the structure in the later period, the main contents are as follows:(1)The characteristics and seismic damage of high-rise buildings are discussed, and the principles and significance of building structures based on performance-based design are introduced. From the aspects of the overall level and component level of the building structure, the research status at home and abroad is introduced respectively. And through the research summary of domestic and foreign codes and related literatures, the performance target of super-B high-rise shear wall structure under different seismic intensities is proposed.(2)According to the specification requirements, the structural analysis software SATWE and Midas Gen with two different mechanical models will be used for the preliminary design of the structure, and the calculation results of the two models under the mode decomposition response spectrum method will be analyzed and compared to ensure the structural calculation The accuracy of the analysis results.(3)Using the performance control target based on overall displacement, elastic analysis and elasto-plastic time history analysis are carried out on the structure to verify the feasibility and rationality of the seismic performance-based design method of the super-B high-rise shear wall structure proposed in this paper.Analyze the energy dissipation distribution of the structure under the continuous action of seismic waves.(4)The structures were subjected to dynamic time history analysis and Pushover analysis at 7 degrees(0.15g)and 8 degrees(0.20g),respectively,to compare the interlayer displacements and layer shear forces obtained by frequent and rare earthquakes.Because the elastoplastic time history analysis is closer to the real earthquake action,it is assumed that the elastoplastic time history analysis results are true values. The error range of the three lateral force loading methods is analyzed when the pushover analysis is performed on the high-rise shear wall structure.
