Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine(PMSM)has the characteristics of high power factor and fast response,and can be widely used in servo control systems.In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the servo system under small load conditions and reduce the static error of the system,this article explores the application of the ADRC algorithm in the servo control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and mainly carries out the following work:1.In order to improve the control performance of the PMSM servo system under light load conditions,Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)is applied to the PMSM speed loop control,which can meet the control requirements of high response,no static error and anti-interference of PMSM servo system under small load conditions.2.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate observation of ESO disturbances in traditional ADRC controllers,a specific improvement scheme is proposed,and the improved ADRC controller is simulated.The results show that the improved ADRC controller has dynamic performance,steady-state performance,and anti-jamming performance.All indicators can be increased exponentially.3.To solve the problem of low efficiency of ADRC algorithm program debugging and parameter adjustment in engineering practice,use Simlink toolbox in MATLAB to build a PMSM control system simulation platform.The simulation platform can control PMSM,SVPWM voltage modulation,and motor drive strategy(id=0),Motor control algorithms(ADRC,PID)and other aspects of simulation;therefore,simulation parameter adjustment can be used to guide engineering practice parameter adjustment,and the simulation results serve as the basis for evaluating the performance of the control algorithm.4.Based on the SVPWM voltage modulation technology used in the PMSM drive strategy,the phase voltage,line voltage,and terminal voltage expressions in the PMSM three-phase windings after modulation are derived in detail and verified by simulation.
