Research On Internal Control,Social Responsibility And Earnings Information Content Of Energy Enterprises

Since the occurrence of the Changchun vaccine incident in 2018,all sectors of society have begun to pay attention to the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.This incident has made people pay more attention to the supervision and improvement of the internal control system.A good internal control system can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of financial fraud,improve the earnings quality of listed companies,and the earnings quality reflects a company's earnings ability.The higher the profitable enterprises,the greater the information content will be transmitted to the market.Based on stakeholder theory,corporate social responsibility objects include shareholders,consumers,employees,and the environment.In recent years,various security incidents have frequently occurred,and the issue of corporate social responsibility has become a hot issue.Based on the principal-agent theory,managers will benefit from reducing or failing to fulfill social responsibility based on their own interests.This requires internal control to strengthen supervision To prevent harmful behavior.This article studies the relationship between internal control,corporate social responsibility and earnings information content from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Theoretically,this article conducts research on the concepts,development,and correlation of internal control,corporate social responsibility,and earnings information content.Literature review,and further theoretical analysis of the relationship between the three;in empirical research,this paper takes A-share energy listed companies as the research object,based on panel data from2014 to 2018,using spss22 for internal control,corporate social responsibility and surplus Descriptive statistics and multicollinearity tests were performed on information content.The relationship between internal control,corporate social responsibility,and earnings information content was explored using stata14.For the measurement of internal control articles,Dibo internal control index is used,and for the measurement of corporate social responsibility,professional evaluation data of social responsibility reports of listed companies in Hexun Data Center are used.The measurement of earnings information content is based on the previous scholars' evaluation of earnings information content,using cumulative excess return calculations,and using the event window method to calculate them.The regression resultsfound that:(1)The higher the quality of internal control of listed companies,the higher the content of earnings information;whether state-owned or non-state-owned enterprises,the higher the quality of internal control,the higher the content of earnings information,but the significance of profitability between the two It's quite different.(2)he fulfillment of corporate social responsibility will promote the information content of earnings,that is,the more social responsibility is assumed,the more the information content of the company's earnings;there is no significant positive promotion between the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises and the information content of earnings Relationships,social responsibility of non-state-owned enterprises,and earnings information content have a significant role in promoting.(3)Social responsibility has a regulating effect on internal control and surplus information content.Further research on the nature of property rights reveals that compared with non-state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises have no significant correlation,and there is a significant correlation between non-state-owned enterprises,indicating that different types of enterprises have different regulatory effects.
