Strong power industry is the basis of high economic growth,and China is the largest generator of electricity in the world.With "one belt one road" putting forward in 2013,enforcing economic and technological cooperation with related countries will be one of the most essential strategies of China.Among all the countries on "one belt one road",Southeastern Asian countries and Southern Asian countries are considered as the most potential ones with the highest economic growth in the future.While these countries’ shortage of power generation will be a huge limitation of the development of industry,making full use of resources and labors to enhancing the the output of electricity power is necessary.China’s investment to power industry of Southeastern Asian countries and Southern Asian countries is growing.State-owned enterprise is the leader the forerunner of the oversea power investment,and private enterprise plays an important role either.T corporation is a private enterprise engaging "one belt one road" and has contribution in the power market in Indonesia,Vietnam and Sri Lanka.This paper will analyze the power markets in the three countries,combine the present investment of T corporation,use SWOT model in order to put forward an optimizing strategy for the investment of T corporation.Besides estimating the benefits of the optimizing strategy and proposing solutions of threats that may occur during the investment,finally generating an comprehensive plan for the further power investment of T corporation.
