Power distribution network planning is the foundation and key in the development and construction of the power grid,the level of the planning has a direct impact on the safe,reliable,high-quality and economic power supply of the distribution network.With the higher requirements of power users for the power industry,and the power grid companies to strengthen the lean management of the distribution network,the concept of gridding is introduced into the planning of the distribution network,the effectiveness evaluation has become an urgent problem.Considering that there are relatively few researches on the comprehensive evaluation of grid planning for the distribution network at present,this paper conducts related research to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate the planning effectiveness of the grid planning for the distribution network.This paper first describes the relevant theories of the grid planning and the effectiveness of the distribution network planning,and then uses fishbone diagram analysis to comprehensively analyze the three factors that affect the effectiveness of the distribution network's power supply capacity,reliability,and economy,selects a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation index,and follows the construction principle of the index system to establish a hierarchical evaluation index system.Aiming at the characteristics of multi-level and uncertainty in grid planning of distribution network,an evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Use the analytic hierarchy process to solve the weight of each index of the planning effectiveness evaluation index system,select the membership function model of each index according to the characteristics of the index,and give the membership function parameters according to the relevant grid standards and the actual operation of the distribution network,and use the fuzzy comprehensive method to calculate the membership of each evaluation index,finally gets the evaluation result.By selecting an example of grid planning of distribution network in a certain place,this paper evaluates the effectiveness of current grid and planned grid,and verifies the rationality and practicability of the effectiveness evaluation system of grid planning of distribution network established in this paper,it can accurately find the weak links and shortcomings of the current grid,guide the development direction of grid planning of distribution network,and provide theory surpport for the effectiveness evaluation of the grid planning in the future.
