| After-sales quality management of new energy vehicles is a key means of quality assurance during the use of new energy vehicles and an important part of the life cycle quality management of new energy vehicles. The research and development of a new energy vehicle after-sales quality management system that meets the needs of new energy vehicle companies is of great significance for quickly identifying quality problems from after-sales quality information and timely quality improvement, thereby improving the quality of new energy vehicles. This paper first analyzes the problems in the after-sales quality management of new energy vehicle, gives the relevant requirements for the after-sales quality management system of new energy vehicle, organizes a set of operational procedures that conform to the after-sales quality management of new energy vehicle, makes the overall design scheme for the after-sales quality management system of new energy vehicle.Secondly,in order to solve the problems existing in the process of determining quality improvement priorities for new energy vehicle companies,a set of quality improvement priority evaluation index systems based on factors such as maintenance costs and customer complaints were established, and based on this,a multi-attribute decision-making model based on grey relational analysis and TOPSIS is proposed.Based on the relative closeness calculated by the decision model, the improvement priority of quality problems is derived, which helps companies select key quality problems for quality improvement on the premise limited resources. Finally, using the C/S architecture,C#as the programming language,Visual Studio 2017 as the development tool, and Oracle as the back-end database to develop and implement a new energy vehicle after-sales quality management system. The system has been run in the enterprise and has achieved good results, which has improved the level of after-sales quality management of the enterprise. |
