| With the increasing requirements of national defense construction and the increasingly fierce competition in the civil large aircraft market,the quality control of aero-engine manufacturing process is more strict.In the severe market competition,aero-engine parts enterprises must ensure product quality,adapt to the market by improving their own quality management system,and grasp the market opportunities by continuously improving and reducing production costs.This paper uses the method of system dynamics and quality tools to improve the quality management system of the machining process of aero-engine parts.At the problem analysis level,based on the example of M Company,the system dynamics model of M Company’s quality management system is built.The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the existing problems and deficiencies of M Company’s quality management system.The influence of inspection level on product quality is simulated and verified by Vensim software.At the problem solving level,FMEA,flow chart and other quality tools for quality inspection,quality supervision,quality awareness and other three dimensions to put forward improvement programs,and develop improvement program implementation effect evaluation indicators and evaluation methods.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The theoretical and practical results of quality management at home and abroad are summarized and summarized,the machining characteristics of aero-engine parts are introduced,and the system dynamics method and application characteristics are defined.(2)The method of combining system dynamics and quality tools.According to the present situation of quality management system for the enterprise to set up a system dynamics model,the system dynamics model as a long-term policy simulation platform,continuous improvement for the enterprise to provide help for the policy simulation,improve the scheme,put forward with the combination of quality tools for related manufacturing enterprises together with the present situation of their own to improve quality management system provides a kind of way.(3)Relying on the example of M Company,improve the "pre-control" ability of quality inspection by using quality tools such as FMEA;Improve the effectiveness of quality supervision by standardizing the audit system and clarifying the quality responsibility;Guide all staff to participate and make continuous improvement by cultivating quality awareness.The improvement effect evaluation index was developed,and the improvement effect was evaluated by statistical survey and process capability index.This paper combines the system dynamics and quality tools,relying on M company as an example,using system dynamics method from the Angle of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of contradictions and shortcomings existing in the quality management system,put forward the improvement scheme with quality tools and evaluation method,from the quality inspection,quality supervision,quality consciousness three dimensions to ensure product quality,continuous improvement,reduce the cost of production.It is expected that this paper can provide some references for aero-engine parts enterprises and related manufacturing enterprises to improve their quality management system. |
