In order to improve the sensitivity,accuracy,miniaturization and safety and reliability of the fuze for an air defense missile,the overall scheme of the fuze for an air defense missile is designed and analyzed according to the working process of the air defense missile,the comprehensive analysis of the fuze environment of the missile,the characteristics of the combination of projectors and the overall design requirements of the fuze.In this paper,the trigger and control mechanism including insurance mechanism,ignition mechanism and explosion sequence is studied.The three dimensional modeling of fuze safety and disarming mechanism is carried out to obtain the dimensions,shapes and quality characteristics of each part,and the rationality of the design is verified by motion simulation.The working principle of g-value acceleration sensor,the design principle of various functional circuits and the microcontroller control system are analyzed.By using ls-dyna software,the transient dynamics simulation calculation was carried out for the process of the missile hitting the weak target under different angles,and the threshold and time window of the selected accelerometer were determined through the calculation results.The experimental results show that the fuze is safe and reliable,and the product design meets the requirements of the index.To realize the miniaturization,integration and intelligent design of trigger and control mechanism. |
