| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the problem of urban residents’ traffic travel has become the focus of public attention.According to the survey data of residents’travel surveys and summarizing the travel behavior of residents,it is an indispensable task in urban traffic planning and construction, and it can also provide reference for relevant departments to formulate traffic management policies. At present, the research on residents’travel behavior at home and abroad is maiuly based on the non-aggregate model, while the application of data mining and other techniques for the analysis of residents’ travel behavior is less. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of decision tree to carry out in-depth mining of residents’ travel data to analyze the key factors and mechanism of influence on urban residents’ travel behavior. This paper first studies the influencing factors of residents’ travel modes, and then makes a theoretical comparison of the common residents’ travel mode choice behavior analysis models. From the perspective of data mining, the decision tree model is used to travel and residents travel with the travel and simple travel chains as research objects.Data is analyzed. On the basis of comparing the decision tree model,a representative Exhaustive CHAID model and a C5.0 model were selected to construct the influencing factors model of residents’ travel. At the same time, the parameters of the model are optimized, such as setting a cost matrix based on "green travel".A comparative analysis of the factors influencing the choice of travel based on travel and travel-based residents shows that:(1)The overall influencing factors of the two are similar, and the law of action is similar.Car ownership, occupation, travel time, etc.are the key factors affecting residents’ travel choices. At the same time,it also digs out the characteristics of the city’s residents’ travel time from the way of walking to other ways.(2)But there is still a certain difference between the two, that is,the choice of travel mode based on travel is more focused on the individualized conditions and needs of residents, such as occupation and age;and the choice of travel mode based on travel chains is more focused on the residents themselves.Inherent conditions, such as two travel intervals.Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes that the city can build a 20-minute community walking life circle when building a new city,or increase the cost of car travel, collect congestion charges for cars, and strengthen the concept of "green travel" to guide green travel. To optimize the travel structure of residents. |
