As a new project delivery mode,IPD mode has been gradually introduced into the construction industry and has been initially applied.The core of the IPD mode is collaborative cooperation.Partners take "risk sharing and benefit sharing" as the principle and aim at maximizing the overall benefits of the project to cooperate and ensure the successful completion of the project.However,the lack of trust among project partners in practical application makes it difficult to carry out the IPD mode.Therefore,collaboration among partners is the foundation of the success of the IPD model.However,the traditional partner selection method in the delivery mode is not applicable to the selection and optimization of collaborative team partners in the IPD mode.Therefore,based on the characteristics and principles of IPD mode,this study explores the solutions to the problem of partner selection suitable for IPD mode.Firstly,on the basis of discussing the relevant theories of IPD mode partner selection,WSR methodology(Wu Li-Shi Li-Ren Li)is applied to summarize the influencing factors of IPD mode partner selection in combination with the characteristics of IPD mode,and the initial element set of IPD mode partner selection is obtained.On this basis,the principal component analysis method is used to extract the principal components from the initial element set with the help of SPSS software to achieve the purpose of dimensionality reduction,and the reduction of the indicator system is realized.The final indicator system is constructed from the four dimensions of professional ability,management ability,cooperation ability and development potential.Secondly,the combination of G1 method and information entropy method is adopted to determine the weight of each index in the IPD partner selection index system,so that the final index weight is more scientific and reasonable.Then,the model is constructed in stages for selection: in the first stage,the vector included Angle cosine method model is constructed for initial selection of partners in the IPD mode to ensure that the individual strength of partners met the standard.In the first stage,vector included Angle cosine method model is constructed to select partners in the IPD mode for the first time,so as to ensure that the individual strength of partners could meet the standard;On the basis of the first choice,combined with the core principle of IPD mode collaborative comprehensive cost,quality and using decision tree method collaborative three aspects from the overall perspective to combinatorial optimization of partners,from each type of candidate selects a partner in the partnership,so as to realize theoverall optimal,ensure the smooth progress in later cooperation.Through two-stage progressive,layer by layer screening,so as to select the most suitable partner combination.Finally,the case study is carried out in the context of actual projects to verify the feasibility of the partner selection method of IPD mode proposed in this study.At the same time,this study chooses the IPD mode partner combination from the overall perspective in two stages,rather than a single partner,which can ensure the cooperative atmosphere of mutual trust and close collaboration among partners.
