With the development of power system,the energy composition of power system is becoming more and more complex.The high proportion of renewable energy integration also brings new challenges to the safe and economic operation of power system.Taking wind power as an example,the volatility and uncertainty of wind power generation will bring difficulties to the traditional power system scheduling model,which will restrict the development of renewable energy integration in power system.This paper takes the power system with high proportion of wind power as the research object,and devotes to analyze the unit commitment and reserve optimization problem of power system from the perspective of security and economy.Firstly,this paper studies the unit commitment problem with wind-storage hybrid system.To address the difficulties brought by the uncertainty of wind power to the unit commitment,this paper studies the Q-learning technology based on reinforcement learning to address the wind-storage hybrid system,and finally applies it to the unit commitment model with high proportion of renewable energy system,then the economy and reliability of the system operation can be improved.Secondly,a reserve optimization model considering the uncertainties of wind power and load is proposed.The model is based on cost/benefit analysis and belongs to the extended unit commitment model.The objective function of the model includes the operation cost and reliability cost of the power system.The reliability cost can be expressed as the product of value of loss load(VOLL)and expected energy not supplied(EENS).It is difficult to calculate the reliability index EENS of the model Therefore,this paper analyzes a simplified method of EENS,which can effectively reduce the number of 0/1 variable,and significantly improve the calculation efficiency of the problem.Finally,this paper analyzes a reserve optimization model considering the wind power correlation.The interaction between wind farms is analyzed,and the wind power correlation is added to the reserve optimization model,which can further improve the accuracy of the reserve decision with high proportion of wind power.
