In recent years,China's transportation and road construction industry has been developing rapidly,the mileage of newly rebuilt roads is increasing,and the number of operating vehicles is also increasing.In order to be able to predict the traffic volume and axle load data statistics,provide data support for the pavement structure design and preventive maintenance,this paper based on PVDF piezoelectric film sensor has developed a set of network version of the vehicle axle load dynamic weighing system,and build the road load data platform,could obtain the real-time road traffic volume and axle load data.In this paper,firstly,the hardware function of the test system is introduced in detail,the working principle of PVDF piezoelectric film sensor is analyzed,the signal processing circuit is designed to process the signal of the sensor,and the high-speed acquisition of the signal is realized through the single-chip microcomputer.Based on ground inductance coil,LC oscillation circuit is designed to detect vehicle position.The design of data storage and 4G wireless transmission circuit,the realization of test data real-time storage and long-distance transmission and other functions.On this basis,the integration,encapsulation and functional testing of the whole system are completed.Secondly,the vehicle position detection and vehicle parameter calculation methods are studied by using the encapsulated system.A vehicle position detection algorithm based on ground inductance coil is proposed to improve the robustness of detection through various anti-jamming means and realize the rapid detection of high-speed running vehicle position.The vehicle parameter calculation software is designed to calculate the vehicle axle weight,the vehicle speed,the axle base and the vehicle wheel track,and the temperature correction algorithm is proposed to improve the axle weight measurement accuracy.The big data platform of road load is built to display,query,store and analyze parameters.Thirdly,the influence factors of axle weight measurement accuracy,such as speed and pavement temperature,are analyzed through road test.Under the same pavement temperature,the influence of vehicle speed on the calculation accuracy of axle weight is studied.The results show that the system measurements can meet the requirements of astm 1318 at the same pavement temperature.At the same speed,the influence of temperature on axle load signal is studied.The results show that the integral value of the signal is directly proportional to the temperature,and the proposed temperature correction method can reduce the influence of the temperature on the measurement results.The developed system was installed on roads in many provinces and cities,and its functionality and reliability were evaluated.Finally,the vehicle parameters uploaded to the road load big data platform are analyzed by statistical method,and the traffic volume,vehicle axle load spectrum and equivalent axle load data are calculated to evaluate the traffic grade of the road studied,which provides reference for road design,management and maintenance.
