With the support of the technical conditions of modern rail vehicles,low-floor trams have been developed from the first generation to the third generation,and their performance in noise,power,energy consumption,passenger capacity and smoothness has been greatly improved.Compared with other models,low-floor trams have higher requirements for axle load deviation.Vehicle axle load will affect the contact force between wheel and rail,which will have a great effect on the vehicle’s dynamic performance,track wear,driving safety,etc.Once the axle load deviation of the vehicle is too large,it will aggravate the wear of the wheels and rails,and the wheels will slip and spin,or even drive accidents.Therefore,the study of vehicle axle load is of great effect for the optimization of various performance and driving safety of low-floor trams,and the detection of axle load deviation has become a necessary procedure before the vehicle leaves the factory.CJ/T 417-2012《General Technical Conditions for Low-floor Tram Vehicles》explicitly stipulates the wheel-axle weight index of low-floor Tram.In the technical conditions,it is required that the difference between the measured axle weight of each moving shaft or concentric axis of the vehicle’s power bogie and the measured average axle weight of the vehicle should not exceed ±2%.The difference between the measured axle load of the vehicle’s non-powered bogie and the measured average axle load of the vehicle should not exceed ±2%.In this thesis,the axle load calculation method and axle load equalization method of multi-articulated five-module low-floor truck with suspension vehicle are studied.Axle load calculation method can make the staff in the design stage on the vehicle weight reasonable distribution,as far as possible to reduce its axle load deviation.The two kinds of axle load equalization methods studied in this thesis can effectively solve the problem of uneven axle load distribution found in the weighing process.Based on the calculation of axle load,a new axle load adjustment method is proposed in this thesis.Compared with the traditional method of adding cushion and regulating spring,this adjustment method by adjusting the length of the hinge is simpler and easier to operate.These calculation methods can effectively provide technical guidance for the actual operation of the staff.In order to make the calculation method studied in this thesis can be effectively applied to engineering practice,this thesis designs a set of upper computer software based on.NET Framework4.5 with beautiful interface,simple operation,complete function and high degree of automation.Through this software,the operator only needs to carry on the simple data input can obtain the vehicle axle load and axle load equalization calculation results.The software can effectively improve the efficiency of vehicle adjustment and reduce the workload of staff.It is found through on-site real car test that the results obtained by the axle load calculation method and axle load equalization method designed in this thesis are very close to the data obtained by the on-site real car test.It can be considered that the results obtained in this dissertation are correct.Finally,by analyzing the experimental data,the calculation method proposed in this thesis is optimized.
