Slurry pipeline transportation uses hydraulic power to transport solid materials in pipelines,which is mostly used for tailings mortar treatment in mining,metallurgy and other industries.Now in the actual project,the water isolation system is commonly used to transport the tailings slurry into the slurry pipeline.However,the pump has two problems that are difficult to handle,such as mixing and water consumption.To solve problems,this paper proposes a new type of slurry transport pump-hydraulic water diaphragm pump.The pump separates the slurry from the clean water through the diaphragm,and then uses the deformation of the diaphragm to achieve the purpose of suction and slurry,thereby completely eradicating the phenomenon of mixing and water consumption.The paper takes the transportation of the tailings sand as the research background to design and study the hydraulic water diaphragm pump.Firstly,the transportation characteristics of the tailings slurry pipeline were studied.Base on the theory of slurry pipeline transportation,the physical characteristics such as the density and the particle composition of the transported tailings were measured by experiments.The static settlement curves of tailing slurry with different concentration were obtained through the static settlement experiment of tailing slurry.According to the data of conveying distance,flow rate and height difference,the critical flow rate and flow rate of tailings slurry at different concentrations were calculated,and the pipeline scheme for tailings slurry transportation was determined.Secondly,the transmission pressure and structure size of the hydraulic water diaphragm pump were determined,according to the parameters of tailings mortar.The modeling of the hydraulic water diaphragm pump,the design of the virtual assembly,the structural design of the combined hydraulic cylinder and the key components of the hydraulic diaphragm pump--the analysis of the tank were carried out by Solidworks 3D software.The optimal objective function of the wall thickness of the tank body was established with the minimum weight of the tank as the design goal;The Ansys Workbench software was used to optimize the design of the target while meeting the strength requirements.The total weight of the tank has been reduced from 797 kg to 692 kg,105 kg in total and the weight loss was 13% of the total weight.Finally,the analysis and research of the diaphragm of the hydraulic water diaphragm pump.The diaphragm was composed of a cord and a rubber,and the cord was a skeleton whose characteristics affect the performance and life of the hydraulic water diaphragm pump.Three kinds of diaphragm models of rectangular grid,single spiral and double spiral cord were established by finite element analysis,which were compared and analyzed to obtain the optimal diaphragm strength in the form of double spiral curtain wiring.Therefore,the influence of the degree of cord density on the performance of the diaphragm was further discussed.The performance of the cordis obtained.The structural form of the cordis optimized,and the strength and life of the diaphragm were improved.
