In this paper , a novel structure of hydraulic pressure pump is proposed base on the prototype used in coal-to-oil conversion technology experimental base in shanghai , China- ShenHua Cot.And the very important parts of the pump-corrugated pipe was researched .The main work is outlined as following:(1)A novel structure of hydraulic pressure pump-2DM-2/0.6 low pressure Corrugated pipe diaphragm slurry pump is proposed in this paper, Which is of small volume, compact structure and easy disassembly and assembly.(2) Considering the contraposition eccentric slide plate reciprocator that is used in 2DM-2/0.6 low pressure Corrugated pipe diaphragm slurry pump, dynamics simulation is carried out using COSMOSMotion Virtual Machine.The motion law and the interactive force/torque of some important components is obtained.(3) The structure charicteristics of the corrugated pipe diaphragm designed in the 2DM-2/0.6 low pressure Corrugated pipe diaphragm slurry pump and the working process of how the diaphragm cavity suck and expel dielectric adopting the corrugated pipe diaphragm is analyzed(4)Adopting nonlinear finite element technique of COSMOSWorks finite element simulation, the stress-strain law of corrugated pipe diaphragm in simulation work condition is studied based on 3 parameter Ogden model.
