Air pollution is a difficult problem for human development.Thermal power generation accounts for a large proportion of the power system,and emissions from these generations have become an important factor in the deterioration of ambient air quality.How to implement an appropriate emission mechanism to fully exploit the pollution reduction potential of thermal power generation units is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper starts with the establishment of generator characteristics,regional environmental air quality prediction,the addition of renewable energy with different penetration rates,and the establishment and optimization of objective dispatch functions,to establish an RRA-based joint environmental and economic optimal dispatch model.Specifically including the following aspects:(1)To overcome the single unit model cannot distinguish the differences between the environmental characteristics and economic characteristics of each generator.Use the life cycle analysis to analyze the economic characteristics of the generator,and describe the functional relationship between the unit output and the unit pollutant emissions,that is,the environmental characteristics.Establish the economic cost model and environmental cost model of each generator.(2)The regional air quality requirements and wind power and photovoltaic are included in the power generation dispatch.An environmental and economic joint dispatch objective function that takes into account the economic cost,environmental cost,and dispatch cost of the generator set is constructed.In-depth consideration of air quality constraints,emission constraints,unit output climbing constraints,and dispatch power balance constraints,the differentiated compulsory emission reduction coefficients are used to motivate the unit combination to reduce emissions.(3)The combined optimization of environmental and economic dispatch considers the complex and interlocking relationship between power generation of the unit and ambient air quality,pollutant emissions,and renewable energy penetration.Use the LSTM prediction algorithm to predict the ambient air quality and determine the compulsory emission reduction of the power system.In power system dispatching,the RRA is used for optimization to ensure fast solution speed and global optimization.MATLAB is used to simulate the proposed model in IEEE 30-node system,and Jinan environmental and economic optimal dispatching verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that:according to the different air quality in the environment,the potential of generating sets can be explored,the combination of generating sets can be dynamically adjusted,and a small amount of economic cost can be paid to control the pollution.In the case of serious pollution,the inter-group scheduling of thermal power units cannot meet the environmental constraints,and renewable energy with different permeability is added to achieve the emission reduction target.
