Railway is the artery of our national economy.With the rapid development of railway and metro light rail,requiring a large number of vehicles along the track to meet the tasks of traction,maintenance,rescue and so on.However,it is convenient to use and can quickly realize the switch between highway mode and railway track mode,which can well alleviate a series of problems faced by urban rail transit,and has become an essential equipment for rail transit.However,there is a lack of a set of equipment to test the traction performance of road-rail vehicles.Therefore,in this paper,according to the relevant national standards to design the traction performance of road-rail vehicles test bed,to assist the completion of the road-rail vehicles of the dynamic performance indicators of the detection.First of all,the dynamic formula of road-rail vehicle running on the actual railway track is worked out,and the mechanical support part of the test bed is built according to the various forces.The dynamic formula of running on the test bed is derived for the real simulation of the actual railway track conditions,and then the resistance formula of the loading device is calculated.Then,the power transmission mode of the test bench is designed,and the chain transmission is designed according to the national standard.The traction device is selected for the dynamic performance of road-rail vehicle.Then ANASYS Workbench software was used to make finite element analysis of the mechanical support part and chain drive.By analyzing the strength and stiffness performance of the stress and deformation analysis,it was proved that the designed construction method and the selected material properties met the test requirements as well as the safety and economic indexes.The loading device was selected,and the appropriate dynamometer and variable speed regulating device were selected to realize the functions of resistance loading and power output,and the tasks of traction test and running were completed accordingly.The speed sensor and torque sensor are selected according to the test requirements.Finally,the software part is developed and the measurement and control system is designed.Using the advantage of upper computer based on Lab VIEW,the upper computer of the measurement and control system is designed.The data acquisition and communication program,test and display interface program,load resistance program,and PID control output torque program module are designed through Lab VIEW image programming function.Finally edited the data saving procedures,you can complete the test data saving.The traction performance test bench of the road-rail vehicle can simulate the actual running condition of the tested road-rail vehicle on the track,provide a platform for various dynamic tests of the road-rail vehicle,and meet various engineering requirements of enterprises.
