Research On Optimization Of Urban Port Area Spatial Form Based On Organic Renewal

With the development of the city,the progress of society,and the proposition of national strategic policies,the infrastructure and spatial form of the old port area no longer meet the current requirements,and it has a negative impact on the construction of a great urban appearance.To form a unified organic whole with other areas of the city,the port area should be renovated and optimized on the basis of protecting and inheriting the original historical context.However,in this process,there is a lack of more mature method guidance.Based on the summary of relevant foreign practices,this paper selects the completed Xiaogang port area as a reference,which is similar to the conditions of the Dagang port area,and takes Qingdao Dagang port area as the research object.Discussion on the optimization of the spatial form of the space.By reviewing the relevant theories of organic renewal and spatial morphology at home and abroad,analyzing and summarizing successful practice research abroad,from which we can draw lessons,this article selects and integrates the spatial morphology elements of the port area,and divides them into three parts: functional space,public space and characteristic space.This article analyzes and compares the three three periods of the Xiaogang port area: before the renovation,when the renovation,and after the renovation.At the same time,the satisfaction survey of the spatial shape of the residents in the Xiaogang port area after the renovation is carried out.This article summarize the above parts to analyze the existing problems of the Xiaogang port area’s space status and make a comprehensive evaluation of the renovation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the spatial form of the Dagang port area,the problems existing in the current status of the space are summarized.Based on this,the experience of the renovation and transformation of the Xiaogang port area is borrowed,from the optimization and adjustment of the functional space,the complete shaping of the public space,and the display of the characteristic space In terms of aspects,the strategy for optimizing the spatial shape of the Dagang port area was proposed.The spatial form elements of the port area are summarized into three parts: functional space,public space,and characteristic space.Among them,the functional space of the port area is optimized and adjusted from the four aspects of land use,transportation system,architectural form,and ecological environment.Completely shapes the public space of the port area from the two aspects of space interface and open space,and displays and enhances the unique space of the port area from the aspects of historical culture and industrial characteristics.This article believes that the Qingdao Dagang port area should carry out space from the aspects of land use renewal,improvement of transportation system,control of architectural form,restoration of ecological environment,coordination of spatial interface,optimization of open space,inheritance of historical culture,development of industrial characteristics,etc.to achieve shape optimization and remodeling.
