Research On Land Use And Space Optimization Strategy Of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area

The main feature of the current world economic order is the coexistence of economic globalization and regional economic integration.China has actively integrated into the process of trade globalization through expanding opening up and other ways,among them,the special customs supervision area plays an important role.The bonded port area is the main functional area of the customs special supervision area.The Qingdao bonded area was first approved in 1992,and has since been continuously developed and improved into a bonded port area.Land use and space optimization is not a new research topic for many areas,however,combining the characteristics of special customs supervision areas to research land use and space optimization strategies,It has a strong practical significance for Qingdao Qianwan free trade port zone.This paper combines the development of Qingdao Bonded Port Area and the author’s work practice,mainly including the following contents:First of all,the current situation of global free trade development and relevant national policies is researched and summarized.The concept,type,and role of special customs supervision areas are summarized,and research and analysis are combined with actual cases.This kind of theoretical research of Qingdao Qianwan free trade port zone lays the foundation.Secondly,it summarizes the development process,land use and spatial evolution of Qingdao Qianwan free trade port,and strives to have a systematic research and Analysis on all aspects of Qingdao Qianwan free trade port zone,so as to have a systematic and clear understanding of regional current problems and transformation and development difficulties.Thirdly,through theoretical research,this paper studies the influence of industrial orientation,functional distribution,environmental traffic,economic interests and other factors on land use and space.As an important research point of land use and space optimization strategy,combined with the characteristics of land use and space in the special customs supervision area,and combined with the experience of Hong Kong’s urban construction land and space utilization,this paper analyzes the advantages from two aspects of technical scheme and implementation mechanism Chemical strategy.Finally,based on the above analysis,according to the actual situation of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area,it proposes land and space optimization strategies to guide the direction of the industry,optimize the functional layout,improve environmental transportation,and efficient use of land Guarantee mechanism.The research results of this paper combine the development objectives,policy mechanism optimization and spatial planning adjustment of Qingdao Qianwan Free Trade Port Area.Some research contents have been incorporated into regional development practices,and the research results are expected to provide reference for similar regions.
