Segmental Organic Renewal Planning And Design Of Dalian Port Old Port Passenger Terminal Based On Urban Renewal

The renewal and development of the city is a metabolic process that is constantly pursuing transformation and renewal.When the city develops to a certain stage,it will inevitably face the need for renewal,in order to cater to the urban development,transforming the original spatial structure of the city and exploring new cities.The development of space,the adjustment of urban economic structure and industrial structure has also become an effective means of urban renewal in the urban self-peach mechanism.As the development support of the port city,the port terminal area has experienced the development process of rise,prosperity,decline and revival along with the development of the port city.The development of the city also has a close interaction with the port and dock area.Therefore,in the process of transforming the port and terminal,how to grasp the relationship between them and the function improvement between the city and the port terminal are all in the process of transformation.The most important thing.This paper takes the renewal planning of passenger terminal in Dalian Old Port District of Liaoning Province as an example.Firstly,the paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the renewal of passenger terminal in Dalian Old Port Industrial Zone.Based on this,this paper studies and describes the theory of domestic and foreign research,mainly the theory of urban renewal and the theory of port-city relationship.On this basis,through drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign cities,and analyzing Dalian.The spatial structure of passenger terminal in the old port area is comprehensively evaluated.Finally,through the analysis of several renewal planning modes,namely "from inside to outside" protective organic renewal,"from outside to inside" interventional organic renewal,and landscape fragmented organic renewal mode,this paper makes practical application of the design scheme for these modes,and analyses the demonstration and the related experimental results,which has greater significance to a certain extent.Through this study,I hope to provide reference and thinking for the renewal planning of passenger terminal in Dalian Old Port District.
