Tapered roller bearing of gearbox is a key component supporting the rotating shaft,and its operating environment is complex.At the same time,its temperature field is affected by other forms of heat conduction and heat convection of lubricating oil in the gearbox.The general conclusion can not satisfy the application of bearing at higher and higher rotating speed.This paper combines the method of experiment and simulation,aiming at different operators of tapered roller bearing.The temperature field under the condition is studied in detail and the accurate conclusion of its change is obtained.A temperature test platform for tapered roller of gearbox was built independently.Under the conditions of speed 300,600,900,1440r/min,oil immersion depth 1 times,1.5 times and 2 times tooth height,the temperature measurement of bearing outer ring and lubricating oil was compared.The temperature field variation law of tapered roller bearing of gearbox in complex operating environment was studied.The test results showed that the temperature of bearing outer ring was changed at a certain speed.With the increase of running time,the temperature of lubricating oil increases continuously.When the machine stops,the temperature decreases rapidly and then reaches steady state.The higher the speed,the higher the temperature rise and maximum temperature of bearing outer ring.The greater the depth of oil immersion,the faster the temperature rise rate of bearing outer ring.Speed and depth of oil immersion have a great influence on bearing temperature field.The thermal network method is applied to study the temperature field of tapered roller bearings in gearbox.The actual operating environment of the bearings is fully fitted.Considering the influence of heat conduction of the rotating shaft and thermal convection of lubricating oil on the temperature field of the bearings,24 key temperature nodes are divided and solved by MATLAB under different operating conditions.The results show that the operating conditions have a great influence on the temperature field distribution of the bearings.ADAMS is used to simulate the friction between tapered roller bearing roller and inner and outer rings at different rotational speeds.The temperature distribution in the bearing temperature field is completed by introducing ADAMS into ANSYS.The simulation results are more clear.Under certain radial and axial loads,the contact positive pressure and friction force between bearing roller and inner and outer rings increase with the increase of rotational speed.The maximum contact stress of the bearing roller appears at the end of the roller,and the inner ring is larger than the outer ring,which increases with the increase of the speed.The relative sliding speed of the bearing roller and the inner and outer rings increases with the increase of the speed,which leads to the increase of the friction heat flow in the bearing,the increase of the bearing temperature and the maximum value appears.The contact point between bearing roller and bearing inner ring.
