With the human attention to the utilization of wind energy resources and the continuous development of wind power generation technology, the research on wind turbines is moving towards the direction of large-scale and high-energy level. The offshore wind energy resources are more abundant,so in recent years, the wind power industry has gradually transformed from the traditional onshore wind power to the offshore wind power. It is found that under the same boundary conditions, the maximum stress decreases by 67.69%compared with the unreinforced plate,The deformation decreased by 23.09%.By analyzing the influence of all trapezoidal reinforcement sizes on the strength of stiffened plates, the optimal trapezoidal reinforcement sizes are obtained, which can effectively improve the strength of plates and keep the quality unchanged. The influence of stiffeners with optimal reinforcement shapes on the strength of tower tubes is further studied by using the finite element method in the tower tube modelof real size. The results show that in the same quality, boundary conditions and load bars Compared with the unreinforced tower, the strength of the stiffened tower increases by 5.4%and the deformation decreases by 8%,which shows that the stiffener can effectively improve the strength of the tower. It is found that the angle 0 of trapezoidal bar and the number of bars on the surface of the tower cylinderhave the most obvious effect on the frequency of vortex induced vibration. When the angle 0 of bar is 61°,the frequency of vortex induced vibration is the lowest, which is 34.3%lower than that of the unreinforced tower. The finite element method is used to analyze the natural frequency of the fan before and after the reinforcement of the tower. It is found that the natural frequency of the fan after the reinforcement of the tower has little change, but the vortex induced vibration frequency of the fan after the reinforcement of the tower decreases obviously, which is far away from the natural frequency of the fan and greatly reduces the risk of vortex induced resonance.Based on the above research results,it can be seen that adding trapezoidal spoiler stiffeners on the outer surface of the towercan effectively suppress the vortex induced vibration. The relevant conclusions have been well verified by small wind tunnel tests.
