With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the continuous progress of science and technology,China's construction industry has developed rapidly in recent years.In the whole life cycle of bridge engineering,design and construction is only the preliminary work,and a lot of financial and human resources are still needed for maintenance work in the middle and later period.How to monitor the existing bridges and protect them with reasonable methods according to the monitoring results,so as to prolong the service life of bridges has become a hot research topic.At present,bridge health monitoring technology is gradually toward automation and remote development,.and the research,of bridge health monitoring system is gradually mature.Combining the current popular building information modeling technology with the traditional bridge health monitoring system will make the monitoring data management more convenient and display more intuitive.This technology will provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the service life of the bridge in the later stage,the management and maintenance in the service stage and the overall decision-making.The purpose of this study is to establish a bridge health monitoring system based on BIM by using the advantages of BIM Technology and traditional bridge health monitoring technology,mainly including the following work:1 Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the current bridge health monitoring process,combined with the actual engineering needs in the field of bridge health monitoring,this paper explores the overall architecture of the bridge health monitoring system based on BIM,and studies the implementation methods of the key modules of the system according to the system architecture.2 According to the functional requirements of the health monitoring system,the commonly used sensors in the bridge health monitoring system are studied,and the commonly used sensor entities in the field of bridge health monitoring are expanded according to the current IFC Standard.3 With the help of Revit software modeling function and model visualization function,using the secondary development interface reserved for R&D personnel,programming with C#language,exploring the development of bridge health monitoring data query and display module based on Revit API.4 According to the requirements of data storage and management in the process of system development,the commonly used SQL server database is selected,and the monitoring information management module based on the SQL server database is designed and developed to realize the storage and management of bridge health montoring data.5 Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual bridge health monitoring engineering requirements,according to the actual bridge parameters,the laboratory bridge structure scale experiment model and the finite element model are established to simulate the bridge health monitoring process,collect relevant data,and verify the applicability of the relevant functions of the system.
