Study On Landscape Design Of New Chinese Style Residential Area

This paper takes the landscape design of Taihang living area in Shijiazhuang as a project practice to create a comfortable,explore the application of the new Chinese style in the landscape of residential areas,natural and warm landscape in living area,providing a warm and comfortable living space for long-time urban dwellers.From the perspective of the residential landscape design,how to create a comfortable atmosphere of the residential landscape is explored,and the city’s historical culture is integrated into the residential landscape so as to display the urban characteristics.The thesis uses many methods such as field research,case analysis,SWOT analysis and project practice to research the subject.This article attempts to start from the basic theory of residential landscape design,through the analysis of new Chinese style residential landscape design and related concepts,combing the research status of new Chinese style residential landscape design.From the perspective of new Chinese style residential landscape design,five domestic residential landscape design cases are analyzed from several aspects such as basic overview,design characteristics and enlightenment,and their successful experience is summarized as focusing on landscape spatial layout,focusing on landscape atmosphere,and respecting residents’ needs.Through the above research on residential landscape design theory and related cases,it summarizes the content of residential landscape design including planning positioning,function division,and cultural injection,which provides methods and approaches for landscape design of Taihang living area in Shijiazhuang.The overall positioning of the "purified land in the downtown" is determined,and the design concept of "searching deer" is adopted based on the analysis of the location,basic conditions,site information,cultural history and other aspects of the Taihang living area base in Shijiazhuang.Following the design principles of integrity,regionality,economy and humanity,the residential area is scientifically and rationally laid out and finally a "one ring,two axes,ten scenes" landscape structure is formed.The outdoor space of the residential area mainly undertakes the 4 major functions including ceremonial reception,leisure and entertainment,outdoor sports and children’s activities.Making full use of the resource advantages of Shijiazhuang,starting from features,space atmosphere,nature,culture,etc.,using various expressions such as metaphor and symbol,as well as simplification,this paper designs road traffic,plants,vertical space,landscape sketches,sign systems and paving to form a relatively complete design plan.According to the practice of the landscape design of Taihang living area in Shijiazhuang City,it is concluded that a reasonable space layout method in the residential landscape design can create a comfortable and relaxing residential landscape atmosphere.The modern people’s consumption concept changes to spiritual consumption,and the residential landscape design should not only meet the living needs of residents,but also pay attention to the spiritual needs of residents.It is hoped that the paper will bring some reference value to the residential landscape design.
