Design And Implementation Of VTS System Based On Server Push Technology

With the continuous development of China's economy and the increasing frequency of international business cooperation,marine traffic flow is increasing,and the maritime transportation industry is increasingly occupying an important position.In order to improve the utilization rate of the waterway and ensure the safety and efficiency of the maritime traffic,China has introduced the ship traffic management system(Vessel Traffic Services,hereinafter referred to as VTS),while due to some problems such as high cost and untimely maintenance,VTS also brings China's maritime transportation security risks,and even to China's information safety,therefore,the development of the localized VTS system is of great urgency.The server holds the main information and data resources.It can discover the event changes first and push messages to the client actively.Based on the background of the localized VTS system engineering project,this paper conducts applied research on the ship dynamic data management subsystem,compared and analyzed various server push technologies,such as traditional polling,Ajax polling,Ajax long polling,WebSocket and Pushlet,so the Push Pushlet technology suitable for this VTS project and the working mode of using the two-way HTTP protocol are proposed;According to the actual work needs of China's maritime management agencies,a model of the ship's dynamic data management system is proposed that is suitable for the national conditions and compatible with the VTS system of the international famous brand,which is now widely deployed,and at the same time,some system function modules are realized.The two-way HTTP protocol working mode proposed in this paper realizes the interactive operation between the VTS ship traffic display control subsystem based on C/S mode and the ship dynamic management system client based on B/S mode,and can seamlessly connect the VTS systems of various international brands.
