With the rapid development of domestic power industry, the way that real-time monitoring of topology of the substation and electrical equipment operating parameters in manner of graphics has become increasingly important. It is a key issue that how to show client operating state of power system quickly and intuitively in graphical monitoring system based on Web.In the paper, the SCL in the 6th part of IEC61850 is expanded in area of graphical representation,graphics model of electrical equipment based on the SCL / SVG is constructed. And designed a publish model of power's graphics with real-time information, which is based on B/S mode. The traditional real-time information transmission method is request/response, and it is instead by the method of Server Push. The technology server push is combined with Ajax, and is applied to real-time information monitoring system. The paper gives a concrete realization of the new framework based on Pushlet which is open source.
