In recent years,Zhoushan has fully utilized the advantages of geographies and ports,and Zhoushan has rapidly expanded the fuel oil filling businesses of ship on the sea.The oil sloshing effect caused by the fuel oil filling will have a certain impact on the filling operation.Zhoushan sea area is susceptible to monsoon instability,and the ship of fuel oil filling was subjected to forced movement by wind,current and waves.The movement of the ship affected the sloshing effect of the liquid,which reduce the safety and efficiency of the fuel oil filling operation of ship on the sea.In this paper,the effect of sloshing on oil filling into fuel tank of ship was studied on the sea.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the relationship between the filling rate and the liquid pressure in the tank is determined by analyzing the process of marine fuel filling.A fuel oil tank was used as prototype in the process of fuel oil filling of ship on the sea.The motion form of the fuel oil tanker was simplified as forced rolling motion in filling experiment.The platform of filling model experimental was established to analyze the pressure of liquid sloshing on the bulkhead during fuel oil filling at sea.Secondly,a three-dimensional numerical model was constructed by analyzing the process of fuel oil filling of ship on the sea.The liquid motion process in the fuel oil tank was analyzed according to the mass conservation and momentum conservation equations.The fuel oil filling process of ship on the sea was simulated based on the VOF model,turbulence model and dynamic mesh technology.And the accuracy of the numerical method was verified.Thirdly,according to the selected numerical model,the process of fuel oil filling of ship was simulated,and the pressure variation characteristics of the filling pipe were studied.The filling process of the static state was analyzed,and the influence of filling rate on the pressure of the filling pipe was explored.Then,this paper analyzed the filling process of the oil fuel tank in motion,and studied the characteristics of pressure change of filling pipe on different motion periods,amplitudes and filling rates.Fourthly,on the basis of studying the pressure variation of the filling pipe during the filling process of the oil fuel tank,the flow velocity and velocity field in the liquid phase region of the tank were analyzed,and the variation characteristics of the flow velocity in the liquid phase region was studied.The sloshing mechanism of the filling process in thefuel oil tank was explored by energy method.The effect of sloshing on oil filling into fuel tank was investigated on the sea.All in all,this paper not only has a theoretical basis for restraining liquid sloshing in the fuel oil tank during filling operation,but also provides some guiding significance for optimizing fuel tank filling operation,improving filling efficiency and safety.
