| With the development of the national economy,land oil resources are becoming increasingly depleted,and offshore oil development is increasing.Among them,offshore platforms play an important role that cannot be ignored.However,the marine environment is complex and changeable,and the huge economic losses and casualties caused by the disasters of offshore platforms have caused people to attach great importance to the safety of offshore platforms.Therefore,strengthening the control,management and monitoring of the offshore platform,researching and establishing a complete monitoring system for the offshore platform have important socio-economic significance for improving the reliability of the platform’s operating safety and ensuring the safety of the operators’ lives.The lifting control of the offshore platform is the key to ensure the safe operation of the platform.This paper relies on the "sea-land integrated remote control offshore platform project",with the goal of remotely monitoring the safe lifting of the marine simulation platform.Based on PLC,Kingview,industrial Ethernet,the The remote monitoring system of the ocean simulation platform has been developed,designed and researched.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:1.Aiming at the functional requirements of the self-elevating offshore platform monitoring,a design plan for the monitoring system is proposed.The main contents include four parts: PLC control part,host computer part,network communication part,and remote monitoring system debugging and operation.2.The PLC program of the marine simulation platform was developed based on STEP7 programming software.The control system designed and developed according to the PLC control principle and the actual requirements of the platform can realize the lifting control of the legs of the offshore platform.3.Developed the host computer software of the remote monitoring system of the ocean simulation platform based on the Asian Technology Kingview 6.55 platform,completed the configuration design of the software functions and interface,introduced the development process of the monitoring system in detail,and adopted ModbusTCP/IP Communicate with the lower computer to realize the real-time monitoring of the running status of the ocean simulation platform on the remote computer4.Connect the software with the hardware,and run it through debugging to check the performance of the human-computer interaction interface.During the lifting operation of the ocean simulation platform,it can meet the real-time monitoring of the platform.At present,the ocean simulation platform monitoring system has completed the remote test verification,the man-machine interface is friendly,and the real-time monitoring of the ocean simulation platform can be realized on the remote PC. |
