Nuclear power plants require nuclear-grade valves to meet seismic requirements on the basis of having the functions that other valves should have.Valves must be able to withstand the highest earthquakes in the nuclear power plant's history.During and after earthquakes(safety shutdown earthquake SSE1 and low level earthquake LLE),the integrity of the whole machine must be guaranteed.With the rapid development of software industry,the method of software analysis is becoming more and more mature and popular,and it has become the mainstream method to verify the seismic resistance of equipment quickly.This paper uses seismic analysis method to design and study the containment isolation valve of Hualong No.1 technology reactor.The model of seismic performance verification of isolation valve is as follows:after using UG to model the isolation valve,using ANSYS to optimize the mode analysis and improve the seismic performance analysis and evaluation of the containment isolation valve,to verify that the valve can withstand sse1 earthquakes,and to ensure the structural integrity and operationalability.The results show that the containment isolation valve can meet the requirements of technical specifications under the combined action of maximum operating pressure,overhaul load,air duct load and maximum seismic load.The results of seismic analysis of containment isolation valve are consistent with those of seismic verification test.
