| Turnouts are important and necessary equipments to switch train routine.Composition and construct of turnouts are complicated.Turnout are always the weak and necessary infrastructures in common railway,which affect railway operation safety obviously.The railway operation safety and stability can be guaranteed when the turnout status is in good condition.This thesis pay attention on the number 12 turnout made of 60kg/m rail.The related references and field inspections are analyzed,and then the common rail defects and causes in turnouts are studied.Handed control grinding technology is mainly studied.Furtherly,rail grinding technologies of handed control and automatic train grinding devices are compared,and the combined rail grinding technologies are put forward finally.Base on the references and field inspections results for monthes,the common rail defects in turnout are identified,and defects causes are discovered.Flaws of plastic flow,uneven profile wear,rolling contact fatigue,joint collapse,weld irregularities corrugation and side wear are main defects.The effective grinding technology is determined based on the defects cause and measurement analysis.The rail grinding regulation,rail profiles and straightness measuring in turnouts are studied,the integrated grinding technologies of handed control and automatic train are optimized furtherly.Based on the practise and experiences in field,the rail grinding technology of handed control device is studied.The switch rail,stock rail,weld and frog are accomplished by handed control grinding device.The grinding is conducted with utilization of grinding technologies.Grinding practices are carried out by the handed control device and automatic grinding train.The turnout status and measured data are analyzed after grinding,and the influence of rail grinding on turnout rail defects are summarized.The acceptance criteria is proposed.The conclusion and prospect are summarized in this thesis.According to grinding period and high rail defects,the cause and influence factors are obtained and understood.Therefore,the handed control device technology is studied.The restoration technology of machined reduced height of switch rail is the new challenge in turnout rail grinding.The acceptance criteria and suggestions are proposed.43 figures,10 tables and 35 references. |
