Research And Application Of Intelligent Performance Evaluating System For Railway Communication & Signaling

In recent years,the planned coverage of China's high-speed rail network has been expanding,At the same time,with the promotion of "One Belt and One Road" and many new high-speed rail lines have been put into operation.So that the high level of construction and maintenance personnel are no longer able to meet the current demand,so how to achieve effective and high-quality training is the top problem that the railway industry urgently needs to solve.Problems such as equipment and wiring damage,low training efficiency and incomplete training records often occur in the traditional railway communication & signaling practical operation training assessment,Therefore,a set of design scheme of intelligent performance evaluating for railway communication & signaling is proposed.At the same time,combined with the use of the supporting equipment of the existing training base of the electricity sector,the intelligent training assessment is finally achieved.The railway electrical signal major itself has the characteristics of strong professionalism,complex equipment principles,and strict circuit logic.In order to better improve the training effect,the training system is closer to the actual operational needs.The training and assessment platform focuses on intelligently setting faults,the fault scope covers 6502 electrical centralized interlocking,computer interlocking,train control,CTC,microcomputer monitoring,ZPW2000,and various types of switch,signal,track circuit and other equipment.And for each employee to establish a basic database,training,assessment and other records of the analysis,the individual expertise and shortcomings of the project,not only to facilitate the superior leaders to arrange personnel,but also can let the staff pay attention to strengthen their own shortcomings of the strengthening exercise.At present,the system has been put into use in Changchun telecommunication and signaling division North Station training base of China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co.,LTD,after 6 years of use achieved good results,greatly improved the basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the staff.
