Project Management Mode Analysis Of Signaling System In Urban Railway Transportation

With the development of national economy and acceleration of urbanization, the contradiction between the rapid expansion and the backwardness of the urban transport of the city population is becoming increasingly prominent. The lack of transportation resources will become the biggest bottleneck of urban development.This paper is discussed the construction characteristics of the urban rail transit signal systems and project management based on Wuhan Rail Transit System Line1, it is also research and explore the effectiveness of the project organizational structure, project plan, HR and quality control in project management area. This paper also discusses the various risks that may happen during the project implementation, and use project risk analysis methods to deal with the issue may affect project implementation and application in urban rail transit signal systems.In the discussion of this paper, it is using quantitative method of Pert to analysis the project plan, and using the qualitative and quantitative combination method to analysis the risk of the project.
