With the rapid development of computers,communications and other technologies,the current centralized signaling monitoring system has realized the accurate collection,real-time monitoring and reliable transmission of signal equipment status at the railway site.The modern railway transportation capacity is gradually upgraded and expanded,and the requirements for data throughput are getting higher and higher.The period of communication data transmission and the transmission rate will also play a vital role in train transportation and safety.The paper designed and developed a communication board to improve the way data is communicated and shorten the communication cycle.The communication board mainly utilizes the mutual conversion of CAN bus and Ethernet to realize real-time communication of the centralized monitoring system of the whole electronic railway signal,shortening the communication cycle and improving the performance of the centralized monitoring system.The monitoring communication board shares and interacts with a large number of execution module information accurately with the signal centralized monitoring system,providing a reliable basis for the safe execution of all electronic devices.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related contents of the all-electronic railway centralized signaling monitoring system,and then elaborates the related all-electronic execution module.According to the characteristics of the current centralized signaling monitoring system,this paper analyses the existing problems,and puts forward the theme of the research and design of this topic.Aiming at the problems raised,this paper studies and designs the optimization scheme,and describes the functional characteristics and structural advantages of the communication board.The emphasis is on the realization function of ARM-based monitoring communication board and detailed hardware development,software design and debugging process.This design focuses on the research and design of the communication board in the allelectronic railway centralized signaling monitoring system based on the research of the main controller AT91RM9200,CAN bus and Ethernet.Its design consists of three main parts: the main controller,Ethernet and CAN bus design.Firstly,the Cadence software tool is used to design the main control part of the chip AT91RM9200,including peripheral circuits such as power supply and reset.On the basis of the design of one network port,the KSZ8863 chip is used to expand one network port,and four CAN buses are designed to realize two paths.Internet and four-way CAN interconnection communication.Then,the Cadence software was used to complete the design of the PCB board,and the monitoring communication board was completed.Finally,using Keil MDK3 software to design the relevant program of the communication board,and debug,use VxWorks operating system to make the corresponding demand program,then transplant the BSP to the communication board,and use the J-link emulator to connect it to the software and hardware.Tune,and use the test platform to complete the test of the CAN bus and network port,and complete the overall design of the monitoring communication board.The test results show that the application functions of each part of the communication board are normal,and the communication anti-interference ability meets the design requirements and can be applied to the actual scene.The monitoring communication board can be applied not only to the centralized signaling monitoring system,but also to other industrial environments,such as the docking of industrial equipment and networks,and the networking of field devices.
