With the rapid development of the times,urban construction land resources are becoming increasingly tense,and urban construction land has to be turned to underground space development,making deep foundation pit projects develop rapidly(depth,span,etc.).The deep foundation pit project has now developed into a systematic project.Due to the large excavation depth,there are more factors affecting its construction quality and safety.The construction quality of the deep foundation pit project is a prerequisite for ensuring the stability of the superstructure and full life cycle use.If an accident occurs during the construction process,for example,the foundation pit collapses,it will cause huge loss of personnel and property.The deep foundation pit project is the busiest stage in the construction process of the whole project.Due to the large excavation depth,if the excavation is not completed as soon as possible and the bottom is sealed in time,the risk factor of the deep foundation pit construction will increase.Construction drawings of deep foundation pits have been unable to meet the actual needs of deep foundation pit construction projects.Therefore,an emerging technology is urgently needed to assist the construction of deep foundation pit engineering.At the same time,the application advantages of BIM technology in the construction field are gradually highlighted.Therefore,this paper applies BIM technology to the management of deep foundation pit engineering in reclamation areas.Explore its application effectiveness.Mainly studied the following work content:(1)Analyzed and summarized the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,introduced the concept and application characteristics of BIM technology,and explained the application characteristics and advantages of BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering;Relevant literature and normative materials of BIM,and established a BIM deep foundation pit model based on the Revit platform.(2)Apply BIM technology to the construction management of deep foundation pits,use the rich information of the building information model to improve the construction plan,and optimize the construction site layout.Study BIM in the deep foundation pit construction of earth excavation and foundation pit support process of three-dimensional technical disclosure and construction simulation.(3)Analyze the shortcomings of traditional schedule management theory,and study the advantages and implementation methods of schedule planning,optimization and control based on BIM.(4)Finally,taking the deep foundation pit project in a reclamation area as an example,the efficiency and practicability of the BIM technology in the construction and schedule management of the deep foundation pit project were verified.
