| In recent years,the construction industry has developed more and more rapidly.As an emerging information technology,BIM technology has been widely used in various fields of construction projects.However,in deep foundation pit engineering,underground construction has strong concealment and collisions.The process connection is complicated,which is very suitable for the visualization of BIM technology,but the application of BIM technology in deep foundation pits is in its infancy and exploration stage.In this case,it is of great significance to introduce BIM visualization technology into deep foundation pit construction.This paper takes a deep foundation pit project in Changchun area as the research object,and studies the application of BIM visualization technology in the construction of deep foundation pit projects.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the research background of deep foundation pit engineering,the domestic and foreign research status of BIM technology and the characteristics of BIM technology are summarized and pointed out that the current deep foundation pit engineering has strong construction concealment,complex surrounding environment and chaotic process connection The application of BIM technology in the construction of deep foundation pits is of great significance.(2)Analyze the key technical issues in the current construction control of deep foundation pits,and propose a set of construction control procedures based on BIM visualization technology: building a visual construction model,visual control of site layout,visual construction collision inspection and optimization,based on BIM The preparation of the schedule and dynamic simulation of construction,the visualized tracking inspection and real-time optimization of the whole process of construction,and summarized the specific implementation methods of the control process.(3)Research on the construction method of the visual construction model.Starting from an actual deep foundation pit project in Changchun,the establishment methods and rules of the foundation pit support model family components are summarized,and the earth excavation and various construction stages of the construction of the project are summarized.The key technical issues such as process overlap were analyzed,and various parameterized components in the construction model of the project were created based on the classification of the analysis results.Finally,through the global parameter module in Revit,a method that can automatically calculate the construction cost according to the changes of the components was proposed.method.(4)The visual construction control process was applied to the actual project,and the project carried out quantitative control of the anchor cable collision point,phased engineering quantity statistics,schedule planning and dynamic simulation of the whole construction process,which verified the construction based on visualization technology.The advantages and feasibility of the control process. |
