Since the 21 st century,the demand for automobiles in China has increased dramatically.As an important part of automobile,how to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of its runout detection has been a key factor in the hub assembly production industry.Sensor technology has the characteristics of comprehensive perception,reliable transmission and intelligent processing,which can greatly improve the real-time,accuracy,reliability and stability of the on-site data collection of hub assembly's run-out.And with the development of production line digitization,PLC technology has been used in parameter detection,so the research of using sensor technology and PLC technology to the hub assembly parameter detection station integration development has important significance and application prospect.Beating based on a type Mercedes wheel assembly quantity detection problem,firstly introduces the composition of wheel hub assembly,characteristics and performance of the products are qualified products,based on the relevant technology of beating the detection principle and detection theory,based on sensor technology and PLC hardware and software support equipment system,formulated the hub assembly to beat quantity detection system overall design scheme.And then to state parameter detection information acquisition subsystem,transmission subsystem and automation control system as the basic framework of wheel hub assembly beat quantity testing,set up the laser displacement sensor/displacement sensors,Siemens S7-1200 series PLC and configuration software TIA Portal V13,data servers and other related equipment constitute of the system hardware platform.Finally,the whole device and software program are tested in the field.Beating based on wheel hub assembly product testing requirements,determine the function and composition of wheel hub assembly product testing station,the three-dimensional model was established based on software Pro/e,using Po road software TIA Portal V13 check station operation of the PLC program is compiled,designed the touchscreen interface,test the devices and the PLC program is designed to achieve the required effect.In this paper,the integrated hub assembly detection system can effectively improve the detection accuracy and product detection efficiency of the run-out of the product,and has a good prospect of application and economic benefits in the hub assembly production industry.
