With the development and extension of intelligent manufacturing,the application scope of industrial automation is becoming wider and wider,and the Cross and extension research with other disciplines is also becoming more and more diverse.Among them,Mechanical Vision as an important part of the automated production line,because of its stability and reliability,the advantages of the application in automated production lines more obvious.However,in the actual automated production line,this study found that the machine vision in the grasp of material and miss-load misassembly detection is still insufficient.Therefore,according to the requirement of the project,this paper tries to solve the problem of misjudging the material grasping and positioning of the manipulator by improving and optimizing the original algorithm,and by means of simulation and simulation,to further upgrade and optimize the application of machine vision in automated production lines.Firstly,an automatic flexible assembly line based on vision detection and perception is built according to the assembly requirements of multimedia navigator and vision detection.It mainly includes the process planning and feasibility of the production line,the selection of the Industrial Camera,Lens and Industrial Control Machine,the three-dimensional modeling design,manufacture,processing,installation and debugging of the flexible production line,the selection of the manipulator and the design of the fixture,electrical System,pneumatic circuit,logic control design and implementation.Secondly,the application of canny algorithm in edge detection is improved and optimized by using fractional difference Algorithm.The precision of edge detection is improved greatly(from 93.26% to 98.18%)by using canny algorithm,in the self-developed PCB coating system,which can update the picking point in real time,the recognition rate of the manipulator grasping system is greatly improved,and the automatic grasping and accurate recognition of the PCB board by the system are realized,ensure the accuracy and stability of dispensing system.On the basis of Canny Algorithm,a vision-guided PCB coating system is developed.Thirdly,this paper makes a further analysis on the requirements of visual inspection of misaligned and missing parts.After optimizing and improving the image location matching algorithm of visual inspection system,the angle deviation and the position deviation are combined to realize the application and display the effect.Finally,through the Modular design,the automatic flexible assembly line with vision detection and perception as the core technology can realize the automatic assembly of multimedia navigator,increase the production capacity and reduce the manpower,visual detection system and achieve administrator login permissions settings,exposure settings,add delete products,missing device detection pattern settings and wrong device settings,to achieve the desired effect.
