Research On The Development Of Prefabricated Component Production Factory

Assembly building is the mainstream trend of the future development of the construction industry,which has the advantages of green environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction,ensuring the quality of the project,improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost of the enterprise.As a building form promoted by the state in an all-round way,since 2015,relevant departments of the state have intensively issued various relevant development programs,guiding opinions and mandatory norms,striving to make breakthroughs in the development of domestic prefabricated buildings.However,in the process of rapid promotion,there are inevitably a series of problems and contradictions in each link.According to the time line sequence of general engineering construction,the whole industrial chain of prefabricated building can be divided into design deepening,component production,site construction and later maintenance.As a core part of an assembly building,component production is also the most problematic and slowest part in the development of assembly building in China.In this paper,based on the analysis of the architectural design cases of several prefabricated building production bases,from the perspective of the architectural design of the production base,combined with the production technology and economic benefits of the production base,the site selection of the prefabricated building production base,the layout of the functional areas,the control of the construction cost,and the cooperation of the production technology are described in detail.On this basis,some solutions are put forward for the standardization and modularization design of the assembly building production base.Hope to solve some practical difficulties of assembly building production base and improve production efficiency through design standardization.It provides reference for the preparation of other assembly building production bases.
