Prefabricated buildings are transferred to the factory to complete a large number of field operations,because of their advantages in construction costs and efficiency have been vigorously promoted.At present,various provinces and cities have issued relevant policies to encourage the development of prefabricated buildings,and the market’s demand for prefabricated components has increased dramatically.Prefabricated components are the basic products of prefabricated buildings.However,in the actual production process,there are generally long production cycles and low efficiency that cannot meet market supply.The factors affecting production efficiency have not been systematically analyzed,and effective improvement strategies are lacking.Therefore,this article takes prefabricated components as the research object and focuses on the production process.By introducing the scientific theory of complexity,the research on the impact of the complexity of prefabricated components on production efficiency is carried out.This article quantitatively analyzes the complexity of prefabricated components,establishes an impact model of the complexity of prefabricated components and production efficiency,determines the key factors affecting the production efficiency of prefabricated components,provides a scientific basis for the optimization of prefabricated component production efficiency,and promotes the harmony of the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings development of.The main content and research work of the paper are as follows:First of all,this paper establishes the complexity evaluation model of prefabricated components.This paper draws on the definition of product complexity in the machinery manufacturing industry based on the relevant literature and uses analogy analysis to propose the conceptual connotation of the complexity of prefabricated components;This paper applies rooted theory and expert interviews to systematically identify the evaluation indexes of the complexity of prefabricated components through literature research and on-site in-depth interviews with employees of different levels in prefabricated component factories.This paper builds an index system for evaluating the complexity of prefabricated components,including three dimensions of structural complexity,production complexity and management complexity,16 indicators such as the number of embedded parts,the length of process waiting time and the proficiency of workers.On this basis,this paper uses the game theory to weights for each index and a pre-fabricated component complexity evaluation model based on extension theory is established to realize quantitative analysis and evaluation of the pre-fabricated component complexity level,which can effectively reflect the pre-fabricated components in production process,such as complex structural design,complex production process and on-site management difficulty.It can provide a theoretical basis for the management and optimization of the production process of prefabricated components.Secondly,this paper establishes the model of the influence of the complexity of prefabricated components on their production efficiency.Based on literature theoretical research,this paper builds a model of the impact of prefabricated component complexity on its production efficiency.On this basis,this paper collects data through questionnaire design.Then,this paper uses the structural equation model to empirically analyze the impact of the complexity of prefabricated components on production efficiency,and five key indicators affecting the production efficiency of prefabricated components were determined.Based on five key impact indicators,this paper obtains data through a factory survey and uses regression analysis method to establish a relationship model between the complexity of prefabricated laminated panels and production efficiency.Finally,this paper carries out the simulation verification and put forward preliminary optimization strategies.this paper takes Longxin Group’s PC factory as the object and uses the Anylogic platform to carry out preliminary simulation and analysis of the production process of prefabricated components based on the current production situation.In addition,this paper proposes the corresponding optimization strategies for production efficiency of prefabricated components from the aspects of deepening design,production line balance,and production site management.The main innovations of the article are: Introduce complexity science theory,construct a complex evaluation index system and evaluation model for prefabricated components,and provide a new perspective for component production optimization.The model of the impact of the complexity of prefabricated components on production efficiency and the key impact indicators of production efficiency are determined to provide a direction for improving the production efficiency of prefabricated components.The regression model of the complexity and production efficiency of prefabricated laminated panels realizes the rapid measurement of the production efficiency of prefabricated laminated panels,which provides a scientific basis for component factories to formulate production plans and adjust production schedules.
