As an important infrastructure for development of the electric vehicles,the scientific and perfect construction of charging facilities will directly affect the charging safety and service efficiency.Therefore,based on the central theory,the electric vehicle of destination slow charging station and path fast charging station location-sizing progressively optimized model in different regions of the city are constructed to meet the growing charging demand of electric vehicles in this paper.Focusing on this research goal,the research content of this paper is mainly from the following aspects:Firstly,considering the impact of different traffic characteristics such as static traffic and dynamic traffic flow distribution on charging demand,the charging demand is divided into destination node demand and flow demand,then the charging demand of electric vehicles and the charging service capability characteristics of charging stations are respectively analyzed;Secondly,according to the difference of the charging demand,this paper constructs a model for the hierarchical location of electric vehicles in different regions.In the central area of the city,to maximize the charging demand of electric vehicles and minimize the construction cost of charging stations,the maximum coverage model of the destination slow charging station is constructed;In the periphery area of the city,and the flow-capturing location model of the path fast charging station is constructed with an objective of maximizing the total captured flow of the charging demand.Then,according to the supply and demand equilibrium theory,the best service capability model of the charging station are presented to determine the construction cost of the charging station;Finally,a case study.Considering the influencing factors and planning principles of charging station location,based on the analysis of relevant data by Arc GIS spatial analysis and network analysis,the heuristic algorithm is used to solve the above model.It is concluded that the optimal location layout scheme of charging stations in different regions to meet the charging of electric vehicles dynamically,and further provides theoretical guidance and decision support for the location selection of future charging facilities in China.
