With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems becoming increasingly serious,electric vehicles have been highly valued by countries in the world.Charging facilities and charging station is the basis of the development of electric vehicles and large-scale applications.Its planning and construction is not only influenced by many factors,but also by a large number of conditions.To carry out the charging station location and constant volume planning method is not only needs of the theory,but also needs of social development and the reality of the project.This article systematically analyzes the demand of electric vehicle charging,charging characteristics,charging standards and charging station of the composition,structure,properties,structure,characteristics,in-depth study of the impact of the main factors of the charging station site selection and constant volume.According to the needs of stakeholders,the principle of charging station planning is put forward.It lays a foundation for scientific planning of charging stations.The location and constant volume method of charging station based on Voronoi diagram and catfish effect particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.This method combines the Voronoi diagram with the catfish effect particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the location of the target function for the cost of electric vehicle users on the road.The charging station capacity is determined based on the maximum charging demand within the service range of the charging station.To form the location and capacity optimization library of charging station.Finally,the optimal scheme is selected from the site selection and capacity optimization library of the charging station.In order to better optimize the capacity configuration of the charging station,based on the theory of variable input queuing theory.This paper proposes a method for selecting the location and capacity of the charging station considering the improved queuing theory model.The capacity of the charging station is optimized by the capacity allocation model.By way of example,the two kinds of charging station site selection and constant volume method have been verified in this paper.The comparison and analysis show that considering the queuing theory of charging station site selection and volume planning method can reduce the number of charging stations in the charging station and reduce the operator's operation cost,which is a relatively reasonable planning method of the charging station.
