The environmental pollution and energy crisis issues highlighted in the world,and electric vehicles with zero emissions and the advantages of low energy get great attention and support from all over the world.New energy automotive industry,represented by electric vehicles,becomes one of the seven major national strategic emerging industries.Electric vehicles have a good prospect,the market scale is gradually expanding.However,charging infrastructure network of supporting facilities are not perfect to a great extent hindered the use of electric cars and popularity.The effect of charging infrastructure for electric cars is equal to the gas station to fuel vehicles,the locations of the charging infrastructure and facilities in the number of charging pile directly affected the development of electric vehicles,also indirectly affect the charging infrastructure service quality and operating efficiency.Therefore,in this paper,under a certain budget restrictions,the electric vehicle charging infrastructure's location are determined,at the same time,determine how many fast charging piles need to build in each location point.Two models were established in this paper,both are location-sizing problem based on point's location problem.First model combined with electric vehicle charging station queuing theory model,assuming that the network they are full of electric vehicles,electric vehicle charging station in the average waiting time to be shortest as the goal,the model is solved using the algorithm,given the locations of the charging infrastructure,determine the number of charging piles at the same time.The second model is under a given carbon reduction target,optimizing the road network on the proportion of electric vehicles and fuel cars,still in the electric vehicle charging station average waiting time to be shortest as the goal,the model is solved using the algorithm.We take a certain area of Dalian xigang district of as the research object for instance analysis.The models' parameters is given,solving the location-sizing problem of electric vehicle charging station,at the same time,the results of the charging station's location and configuration picture of the number of charging pile are analyzed;Based on the change of the charging station construction cost,sensitivity analysis is practiced;In addition,based on 10 times results of genetic algorithm,comparing with simulation annealing and particle swarm optimization algorithm,verify the stability and effectiveness of genetic algorithm for solving this problem.
