Research On Construction Enterprise Cost Control System Based On BIM

In recent years,with the domestic economic growth slowing down,the cost control of the construction industry is facing a strong challenge.The profit of construction enterprises decreases year by year because of the overcapacity and economic restructuring.Since the main resource consumption stage of the whole project is in the construction stage,and the construction cost overexpenditure is the most important reason leading to the decline of profits,the cost control in the construction stage is particularly important.Now,the construction industry ushered in the Information revolution--BIM(Building Information Modeling).Integrating the complete information about the construction project into a data model can coordinate project participants,simulate the construction process,greatly improve the implementation efficiency of project management of construction enterprises,and reduce the unnecessary cost of the project.In this context,on the basis of the application of information technology in the project construction stage,this paper studies the information-based construction enterprise construction project cost control system.Taking construction cost as the research object and BIM technology as the research method,the research idea of this paper is to build an information-based construction enterprise construction project cost control system,including specific implementation approaches,and verify the research results with the analysis of practical cases.In terms of the research content,the development status of construction enterprises is first introduced,as well as relevant theoretical research on information technology and cost control system in project management.Secondly,the application status of the traditional cost control system in the project construction stage is investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey.Then,combined with information means and cost control theory,the theoretical framework of the cost control system in the construction stage is constructed,and the cost control information model of the construction process is designed in the system,and the method of using information technology to achieve refined cost control in theconstruction stage is analyzed.Finally,the implementation of the information cost control system guarantee measures,combined with information technology and project management cost control theory,and through an example to verify.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions.Constructed based on the informatization construction enterprise construction project cost control system,including the cost of cost control system based on information model for the data business process and working contents,design based on the informatization construction project cost control system to implement security platform,based on the cost control in stages implementation frameworks,and contains the guarantee of cost control measures and guarantee process.
