With the increasing competitive pressure in the construction industry,project cost management is an extremely important work,which is the key to obtain economic benefits.At present,China’s domestic construction enterprises have not combined the theory and practice of project cost management,especially the cost management work in the construction stage,has not deeply realized its importance.There are still some problems such as improper management methods,lack of management links,insufficient awareness of management personnel,and imperfect management system.Therefore,this paper takes the construction stage cost management as the theme,which has far-reaching significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the Y project as the research object,and studies the cost management of the project construction stage.First of all,this paper mainly introduces the research background,significance and status quo at home and abroad,and summarizes the research content,research methods and technical route.Then,the paper briefly introduces the management status of SX Construction Group Co.,Ltd.and the basic situation of Y project.By tracking the actual progress of the project and combining with the relevant theory and knowledge of construction cost management,the paper deeply understands the construction cost management of Y project,collects data and statistical data,and faces typical problems in the field of construction cost management in a scientific way method to analyze the cost and schedule deviation and find the possible reasons.Secondly,professional methods are used to conduct in-depth analysis of influencing factors to identify the main influencing factors and determine the specific reasons for the cost management problems of Y project : the dynamic cost management in the construction process is not strict,the staff lacks cost management awareness,the enterprise system management is not standardized,and the management of cost,progress and quality is not sorted out.Finally,according to the actual situation of SX Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,the scientific,reasonable and feasible construction cost management improvement scheme is proposed to optimize the construction cost management work,so as to ensure that the project can achieve the target cost smoothly under the premise of meeting the requirements of project quality and project progress,and improve the project construction cost management level and enterprise economic benefits to a certain extent.Through this study,it mainly reveals the current situation of cost management of construction enterprises in the construction stage,urges enterprises to carry out the professional reform of cost management in depth,and promotes Chinese construction enterprises to embark on the road of sound and standardized cost management.
