In an increasingly competitive market environment,if a manufacturing company continues to adopt the traditional product management model,it will inevitably fail to keep up with the market demand.Therefore,the enterprise needs to implement advanced information management methods.Grain production enterprises represented by grinding roll production mostly adopt the information management method of manual records and ERP enterprise resource management system,but these two information management methods are difficult to update the product production and use information in a timely manner.Therefore,to realize the further development of grain machinery production enterprises,it is necessary to realize the informationization and intelligence of enterprise products.This paper designs an information-based grinding roller product management system based on radio frequency identification technology,which effectively combines the production management,warehouse management and product use management of grinding roller enterprises.At the same time,it uses radio frequency identification technology,wireless network technology and database management technology.In response to the product characteristics of mill roll mill manufacturers,the different data of various mill roll products are integrated and analyzed to contribute to the intelligent development of product management.This article focuses on solving the following problems:1.First of all,the production management status of grinding roll manufacturing enterprises and the problems of low efficiency and low product qualification rate are analyzed.Compared with the advantages of existing information management systems,corresponding system technology solutions are proposed.2.To build a traceability information model for the entire industrial chain of grinding roller products,specifically to establish a traceability information model for grinding roller production enterprises,flour mills,and grinding roller after-sales,and at the same time establish a grinding roller product quality traceability information model.The proposed information traceability method is better The realization of information traceability and management has laid the foundation for the subsequent design and use of product management systems.3.According to the proposed product management requirements of the grinding roll enterprise and the traceability information model of the grinding roll product,the product management system analysis and overall design of the grinding roll production enterprise are realized.The design goals and system development tools of the grinding roll management system are specifically analyzed.The database required for system design and the functions of the roll management system are modularized,and a specific flow chart of the functions of the roll management system is proposed.4.Design the software and hardware scheme of the roller management system according to the functional operation flowchart of the roller management system proposed,specifically designing for the selection of radio frequency identification tags,desktop readers and handhelds,and analyzing the design of the server equipped with the roller management system software Process,at the same time,combined with the production management process of the grinding roller enterprise,the software function modules of the grinding roller management system were divided,including the basic data management module of the grinding roller,the order management module of the grinding roller,the tracking management module of the grinding roller product,and the inquiry management module of the grinding roller product.,Effectively achieved the goal requirements of the roll management system.5.Test for the designed informational roller management system,including various hardware and components of the roller management system software,specifically for the temperature tolerance and seismic performance test of the radio frequency identification tag,including the functions of each component software of the roller management system Run the test.Then the actual workshop environment trial operation is carried out for each component module and the overall operation of the roller management system,and finally it is concluded that the design of the informationized roller management system meets the actual needs,and the stability and practicality of the roller management system meet the design requirements.
