| With the launch and implementation of "Made in China 2025" and other national policies,manufacturing industry has become the main task of scientific and technological innovation.One of the key areas of development is industrial robots.The core component of industrial robot is reducer,and the core component of reducer is cycloidal gear in its second transmission.In particular,the technology of cycloidal gear machining has always been limited,so in view of the problems of low machining accuracy and low efficiency of cycloidal gear in China,this paper proposes a grinding system structure based on continuous generation method for cycloidal gear machining,that is,the method of using worm wheel grinding principle to achieve continuous indexing and continuous generation of cycloidal gear.The rotary table with symmetrical layout of two working positions is designed,and two cycloidal gears for the same robot reducer can be clamped by the clamp at one time,so that the workpiece in the opposite position can be clamped and disassembled freely during grinding,and the working hours can be shortened,so as to improve the grinding efficiency;at the same time,the repeated positioning accuracy can be improved,and the processing accuracy can be guaranteed.Using the finite element analysis software and virtual prototyping technology to carry out the structure optimization,dynamic and static characteristics analysis of cycloidal grinding system.With the help of commercial software platform,the virtual grinding technology of cycloidal gear is developed,and the rationality of the designed structure is verified by simulation.The specific work is as follows: Firstly,compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of generating method and forming method commonly used at home and abroad,put forward to improve the processing efficiency on the premise of ensuring the processing accuracy,so finally use the worm wheel technology to realize the continuous generating grinding of cycloidal gear;Secondly,on the basis of the preliminary design of cycloidal gear grinding system structure,The main component analysis method isused to select the design parts which have great influence on their performance.Carry on the concrete analysis to these parts,finish the optimization work.After optimizing the grinding system,the quality of the front-end parts of the wheel flange is reduced by 5.7%,the maximum stress is reduced by 12.5%,and the natural frequency is increased by 15.6%;moreover,the finite analysis software ANSYS Workbench and Adams are used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the whole structure to ensure that the static and dynamic characteristics of the whole structure meet the use requirements.Finally,Deform-3D,a grinding simulation analysis software,is used to carry out the grinding test with Johnson-cook model,rigid body plastic body calculation algorithm.The three grinding elements are tested with the combination experiment method,and RV-20 E reduction is analyzed for the robot The relationship between the three grinding parameters and the grinding force of the cycloidal gear used in the speeder.Through the above research work,it provides a technical reference for the grinding of cycloidal gear. |
