Remanufacturing is a process of recovering and improving the performance of used products through a series of inspection,disassembly,repair and testing processes with important significance for environmental protection and resource conservation.Remanufacturing process plans optimization is one of the key links in remanufacturing implementation,and an process of finding the optimal process plan from many initial remanufacturing process plans and an important technology that reflects the remanufacturing level of used machinery products.How to coordinate the eco-efficiency of the remanufacturing process of used machinery products is an important guarantee for achieving the optimal comprehensive benefits of used machinery products.In this paper,with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the research of the remanufacturing process plans optimization of used machinery products is studied from the perspective of eco-efficiency.Firstly,the research status of remanufacturing and remanufacturing process plans optimization at home and abroad is introduced.The connotation of remanufacturing process plans optimization is then analysed,meanwhile,the process of the remanufacturing process plans optimization of used machinery products is introduced.Based on the characteristics of remanufacturing of used machinery products and the connotation of eco-efficiency,an optimization framework of remanufacturing process plans oriented toward eco-efficiency for used machinery products is constructed.Secondly,oriented toward eco-efficiency,the model of remanufacturing reconditioning plans generation for each failure form of used machinery products is established to generate the most suitable remanufacturing reconditioning plan based on rule reasoning and entropy weight-multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,according to process constraints and processing sequence requirements,an operation graph is used to design the initial remanufacturing process plans group for an used machinery product by reducing and integrating all remanufacturing reconditioning plans.Thirdly,the objective function of eco-efficiency is established,then,the optimization model of remanufacturing process plans oriented toward eco-efficiency is constructed by combining with the constraints of remanufacturing equipment power limit,remanufacturing cost limit and so on,and a simulated annealing particle swarmoptimization algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Finally,based on the theory proposed in this paper,the used water pump impeller is used as an example to verify the optimization theory of the remanufacturing process plans.An optimization model for the remanufacturing process plans of the used water pump impeller oriented toward eco-efficiency is established,and the effectiveness of the above method is verified by applying simulated annealing-particle swarm optimization.
