A steel mill continuous casting slab pendulum reducer high-speed shaft to install the A brand bearings for a short time to run a break failure,for the B brand with the same type of structure has a slight difference after the bearings are running well.These two brands have the same type of cylindrical roller bearings as the object,its run-time heating process in-depth study to explore the reasons for its different performance.Taking the cylindrical roller bearings of pendulum shear reducer as the object of study,the transient temperature field and temperature rise process of each component during the operation of two brands of the same model are studied by means of the thermal network.It is concluded that the difference of the number and the structure of the bearing roller of the same model will affect the temperature rise and temperature field of the bearing,and then affect the bearing capacity of the bearing.This paper presents a method for simulating the transient temperature field of bearings during working.For method,the dynamic flow of the bearing parts is obtained by simulating the running process in the finite time period by using the dynamic simulation technology,and the thermal flux density is obtained as the thermal boundary condition.The transient temperature of the bearing is simulated by the implicit thermal analysis.The analysis method can not only display the accuracy of display simulation analysis,but also improve the simulation efficiency.Combining the experiment,the thermal network method and finite element simulation results are compared,and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.The transient temperature the two brand bearings of the pendulum reducer are simulated by this method,which is consistent with the conclusion of the thermal network method.The research results have certain guiding significance and practical engineering application value.
