Elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is a new type of bearingsteel-plastic binary composite structure, in this paper, according to thestructural characteristics of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing, ageneral design method was first put forward and verified by experiment.First, according to the characteristics of the structure of elasticcomposite cylindrical roller bearing was analyzed, the characteristics ofthe binary composite structure determines its was better than the solidcylindrical roller bearing and hollow cylindrical roller bearing inmechanics performance, vibration noise and limit speed. Through theinternal load distribution of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearingand roller bearing is analyzed, the bending stress and contact stress isproposed for the influence of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearingfatigue life analysis method.Second, the structure optimization of elastic composite cylindricalroller bearing are based on the finite element method and optimizationalgorithm. With the aid of the finite element method of elastic compositecylindrical roller bearing contact simulation, the degree of filling andedge of the deep hole structure of elastic composite cylindrical rollerbearing and its effect on stress size and the distribution of the stress of thecontact area was calculated under the F1and F2load, this paper putforward the contact stress, equivalent stress, deformation, contact and ahalf wide and bending stress in order to optimize the design goal of fillingdegree of optimization. On the basis of the optimal filling degree ofelastic composite cylindrical roller edge deep hole structure is optimized,the parametric structure first, and by using the orthogonal experimentalmethod and finite element method (fem) to determine the sampling dataof BP neural network. Mapping relationship established by BP neuralnetwork algorithm, to obtain the objective function, optimize theobjective function, based on the genetic algorithm for edge of elasticcomposite cylindrical roller, the optimal value of the structuralparameters of deep hole. Third, the vibration experiment of the optimized elastic compositecylindrical roller bearing has been done. Experimental results show thatthe performance of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing withreasonable structure was superior to the solid cylindrical roller bearingand hollow cylindrical roller bearing.In this paper, theoretical research on the structure design of elasticcomposite cylindrical roller bearing provides a universal method, lay agood foundation to the further study on the elastic composite cylindricalroller bearing.
