Servo valve is the core component of electro-hydraulic servo system, its static and dynamic testing for parameters and characters have significant meaning of the application of electro-hydraulic servo system. This thesis contains several parts, using virtual instrument and electro-hydraulic servo valve performance test to have solutions for upgrade and renovation of outdated servo valve performance test equipment. And lucubrating the static and dynamic performance testing means and theory in order to have solid foundation and provide theoretical guidance on the upgrade and renovation of servo valve testing equipment.Firstly, this thesis has an thorough analysis on the hydraulic control filed and related technology on servo valve testing, aiming at the current defects of existing electro-hydraulic servo valve performance testing stands, together with the functional needs of integrative testing stands, thus to present the direction and goal of upgrade and renovation for servo valve performance testing stand.Secondly, this thesis analyses the static and dynamic characters and parameters of servo valve, and find out relevant response curve and mathematical models. On the basis of analysis result, present the plans for hydraulic control system based on the dynamic test, and combine with the load flow test request. In the meantime, establish the mathematical model of hydraulic servo valve test system, and have simulation calculation on the model using Simulink, so as to make the testing proposals in a more feasible manner. This provides a grand new thought for hydraulic loop designs for multi-functional test stands.Finally, according to the function request for the test stands, thus design the software model of the servo valve performance test stands and draw up the plan of static and dynamic test procedures, moreover, to make use of Labview to have a thorough design for the main function module. Building block design for both software and hardware to be best prepared for the upgrade and renovation of the whole scale for multi-functional test stands in the future.Servo valve performance parameters test stands have already been put into actual use nowadays. Compare the testing report for pre and post upgrade, we found not only meet the needs of the renovation, but also improve the efficiency and higher the degree of automation of the whole testing process. The research and analysis result of this thesis serves as a solid foundation of subsequent development of electro-hydraulic performance test stands, and have very key and important reference value.
